- Port-Daniel-Gascons' McInnis cement factory had 1,500 workers on site at the end of October, but their numbers will drop to 400 in December, because the plant's construction is almost completed. The first tonne of cement will be delivered in spring 2017. (available in French only)
- Over 850 people work at the McInnis Cement job site in Port-Daniel-Gascons, and this number will climb to more than 1,000 over the months of October and November. The cement plant's kiln should be lit at the start of 2017. (available in French only)
- Phase 1 of des Belvédères Road will begin, following an investment of $2.9M to upgrade the Camp de bûcherons and the construction of two lookout points in the RCM of Avignon. Nearly 20 jobs will be created or retained. (available in French only)
