Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills
Resolve work related problems; Respond to employee questions and complaints; Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers; Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity; Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process
Additional Skills
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Prepare production and other reports; Establish methods to meet work schedules; Maintain clean and safe work environment; Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Testers and graders, food and beverage processing; Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
