- Prepare special orders; Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Draw up production schedules; Bake mixed dough and batters; Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; Operate machinery

- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; Analyze operating costs and other data; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; Organize and maintain inventory; Requisition food and kitchen supplies; Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions; Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
