Specific Skills
Supervise and check assembly of trays; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Organize and maintain inventory; Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Address customers' complaints or concerns; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Food safety/handling skills
