- Prepare special orders; Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Clean machines and immediate work areas; Bake mixed dough and batters; Organize and maintain inventory; Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines; Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; Operate machinery
