The role of this position is to work on behalf of the Common Supervisory Services team of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions in its interface with supervisory teams of the Office to identify critical business issues and assist in the development of solutions, both manual and automated. The Analyst coordinates the technical resolution of business issues relating to user applications including user support of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, user testing, monitoring ongoing service issues and oversight of maintenance releases.Who you are:You should possess the following attributes:• You are an individual who has significant experience in creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements and creating visual models using the necessary business analyst tools and practices.• You are keenly interested in contributing your expertise to promote a safer financial system.• You are results oriented, able to recognize dependencies, deliverables and deadlines.• You have strong communication skills.• You work well with others.• Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision-making.
