Experience

- Specific Skills
- Administer suppositories, colonic irrigations and enemas; Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse; Supervise patients' exercise routines; Provide personal care; Provide companionship; Plan therapeutic diets and menus; Mend clothing and linens; Launder clothing and household linens; Collect specimens; Bathe, dress and groom patients; Assist clients in water (i.e. pool); Administer bedside and personal care; Feed or assist in feeding; Change non-sterile dressings; Administer medications; Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk; Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene; Weigh, lift, turn and position patients; Administer first aid in emergency situations; Accompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort

- Shop for food and household supplies; Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
