Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys; Manage day-to-day business operations; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Keep a record of items received and delivered; Establish work schedules; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Answer inquiries and provide information to customers; Greet customers; Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
