Here's some more information on how amazing we are, and why you might want to be a part of our team.The Career:These positions will be virtual (involving a flexible work arrangement such as working from home) and/or in a call centre environment located in Red Deer. At the call centre you will be receiving calls from clients looking for information related to their Employment Insurance (EI) claim.We provide extensive training and development to allow you to acquire comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Service Canada's programs and services. Training is provided through our in-house ONLINE training system combined with facilitator led training. Tests are administered regularly during the training to determine each individual's understanding.The Office Environment:Service Canada is interested in protecting the health and safety of employees. During the COVID Pandemic, we have leveraged the department's investment in digital advancements in order to mobilize our workforce. With our technological advancements, employees, working virtually and in the office, have the flexibility needed to best serve Canadians while working in an environment that supports their well-being. The majority of teams are working from home for the foreseeable future.
