<p><strong>WHY WORK AT CONGEBEC?</strong></p><ul><li>A growing company that stands out in its field</li><li>Bonus Plan based on your qualifications and experience and competitive benefits</li><li>A dynamic, convivial and stimulating environment</li><li>A growing company that stands out in its field.</li></ul><strong>RESPONSABILITIES</strong><br><p>We are looking for <strong>forklift operators</strong> for our 2 warehouses in Mississauga and Etobicoke, <strong>all shifts</strong> are available.<br>Referring to the Supervisor, our forklift operator's main responsibilities willl be:</p><ul><li>Prepare customers orders using order picker or manually and ensure quantity and compliance</li><li>Validate the real counts and the received products and ensure the compliance based on standards and regulations</li><li>Make sure that the loading matches the document (shipping memory)</li><li>Proceed to the customer's merchandise unloading</li><li>Identify pallets by affixing labels</li><li>Place the pallets on the shelves according to the information provided by the system</li><li>Carry out the truck's loading</li><li>Place the air hand and/or the wheel block</li><li>Respects warehouse policies, procedures, standards and regulations (OHS, BRC, HACCP, etc.)</li><li>Perform height work using the appropriate safety equipment (eg look for a pallet in the pallet rack, pick up a fallen pallet, etc.)</li><li>Perform other related duties</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>TRANING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma (asset)</li><li>Two years of experience in the field (asset)</li><li>Or equivalent work/study combination</li></ul><p><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul><li>Vigilance and concentration</li><li>Calm and trust</li><li>Ability to remember information</li><li>Attention to details</li><li>Judgment</li><li>Reliability</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration</li><li>Versatility</li><li>Punctuality</li><li>Ability to commnicate in English (asset)</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRMENTS FOR HIRING</strong></p><ul><li>Interest and ability to work in cold (-18°C to -25°C)</li><li>Ability to lift loads up to 30kg (66lbs)</li><li>Ability to work in heights</li><li>Hold the forklift driving card (asset)</li><li>Computer skills</li><li>Availability to work on another shift when required </li><li>Adopt safe behavior at work</li></ul>- LocationMississauga, ON
