Specific Skills
Confer with clients to identify and document requirements; Conduct business and technical studies; Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery; Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware; Carry out administrative activities of establishment; Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation; Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures; Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures; Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches; Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met; Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
