<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p>We are looking for an Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports</li><li>Preparation and filing of government remittances (i.e Payroll, HST etc.)</li><li>Process T4 slips, T5018 slips and summaries, and ROES</li><li>Prepare corporation and personal tax returns</li><li>Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets</li><li>Reconcile and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts</li><li>Preparation of monthly bookkeeping activities such as, summarizing and posting invoices, bank statements, credit card statements etc.</li><li>Preparation of Bank Reconciliations</li><li>Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements</li><li>Create new processes to improve financial efficiency</li><li>Report analysis and findings to management team</li><li>Preparation of financial statements and supporting working papers for compilation and review engagements</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of accounting experience</li><li>University/College degree/diploma, preferably with accounting focus</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of GAAP</li><li>Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools</li><li>Detail and deadline-oriented</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Proficiency computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Quickbooks (both online and desktop)</li></ul></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>TRC One is a developer of commercial construction and solar power projects.
