Work Setting: Community centre. Youth drop-in centre. Social service or charity agency. Specific Skills: Resolve conflict situations. Screen, recruit and train volunteers and support staff. Develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services within the community. Target Audience: Elderly. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding.
