Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Experience: Experience an asset. Additional Skills: Research techniques. Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Work Setting: Community centre. Youth drop-in centre. Social service or charity agency. Specific Skills: Resolve conflict situations. Screen, recruit and train volunteers and support staff. Develop, co-ordinate and implement the delivery of specific services within the community. Target Audience: Elderly. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding. Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people. Type of Community or Social Service: Volunteer coordination. Personal Suitability: Initiative. Effective interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Team player.
