Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Coordinator:The primary role of the Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Coordinator is to provide first level support to over 7,000 ECCC employees. You will be part of the HRMS Help Desk team that provides first line support. You will work closely with the client to help them access, navigate and resolve various issues related to our HR and Pay systems.Pay Liaison Coordinator:The primary role of the Pay Liaison Coordinator is to provide quality and timely delivery and coordination of first level support services for all ECCC employees with pay and leave requests, questions or issues.Other duties include but are not limited to:• Contribute to the development of strategies and business processes to address various issues and improve service delivery efficiency• Develop various tools, processes and procedures to address recurring compensation questions or issues
