Under the direction of management, the warehouse supervisor is accountable to facilitate our day to day warehouse and distribution activities with a tight focus on customer service, cost savings and efficiency. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks: Responsible for inbound and outbound operations, establish and maintain accurate inventory cycle counts and material flow of the warehouse; production scheduling; internal controls to ensure warehouse is effective and efficient; develop and maintain procedures and best practices; respond to customer concerns and queries professionally. Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally. An independant role, must be capable of diagnosing problems and generating solutions, bringing their own experience and expertise to help improve revenues, profits, processes and workflow. Perform warehouse tasks as required. Execute other related tasks as assigned by the manager. Successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years hands-on warehousing and 3pl experience; Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; Experience with Raymond Deep Reach, Yale Picker, Forklift and Power hand-jack. Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft office. Energetic, hard-working, good attitude, sense of urgency, team player, strong communication skills oral and written, attention to detail, organized leader.
