New Professional Support may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $73,433.43 annually.This position may be eligible for hybrid or remote work after demonstrating successful progression in proficiency in the position. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, working collaboratively with NSCC stakeholders, and building recruitment capacity College wide. The Student Recruitment Coordinator role actively develops and delivers presentations and represents NSCC through recruitment, community and industry events. The successful candidate will contribute to Social Media outreach, development and execution of the annual recruitment plan, and tracking and analysis of recruitment initiatives and data that informs decisions in Student Recruitment.This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work a flexible schedule.QualificationsYou are a collaborative, team player who takes personal accountability to deliver on what is expected in your role and you strive for excellence every day. Is this you?Qualifications and Occupational Experience:The minimum educational qualification for this position is an undergraduate degree or a college advanced diploma with specific training in communications and strategic planning.You have a minimum of three years (full time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in student services, recruitment, marketing or a related field.You have experience engaging and supporting Indigenous students, communities, and /or organizations.You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-maill, social media platforms and CRM platformsYou are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experienceRelevant Skills and KnowledgeYou demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusionYou demonstrate a high level of Indigenous cultural acumen to ensure cultural protocols are observed and implementedYou have excellent public speaking skills, the ability to make effective recruitment presentations and engage individuals in a variety of recruitment related activities and events.You possess excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to interact with a diversity of people and support resolution of issuesYou are known for your superior
