We have an opening at National Energy Equipment for a *Program Marketing Administrator* for our HVAC group who will work collaboratively with HVAC Management, the Inside Sales Team as well as Territory Managers in supporting our registered HVAC dealers across Canada. You will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of dealer program initiatives as well as marketing plans. This position can be based out of Port Coquitlam BC, Mississauga ON or Montreal QC. *Objectives of this role* · Strategize, implement, and maintain dealer program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives · Prepare dealer marketing activity reports, sales plans and metrics for program success · Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends · Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, CRM, and dealer sites. · Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members · Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement · Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity *Responsibilities* · Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data · Support the HVAC GM in establishing and evaluating Sales and marketing strategy and dealer program initiatives by assembling sales plans, helping set and track objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars · Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion · Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists · Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary · Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership · Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives *Qualifications* * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
