Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Tasks: Handle, restrain and care for animals undergoing treatment and surgery. Produce diagnostic radiographs, collect samples and perform other laboratory tests. Perform routine animal dental procedures and assist veterinarians with animal dentistry.
