*SAP S/4HANA ? Acquire to Retire (Plant Maintenance - PM) Manager* *Montreal, Canada* * For this role, the candidate must have 3+ years of Plant Maintenance (PM) and 10+ years of overall consulting experience in supply chain and or manufacturing. * Must have a track record of accomplishments demonstrating value to clients and/or employers * Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs * Proven track record of leading and/or supporting BluePrint / Design client workshops * Must be able to engage with client in process centric discussions around PM functionality. * Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into functional specifications. * Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP issues involving collaboration with the client, developers while planning and executing to approved timelimes/milestones. * Must be able to deep dive into existing SAP configuration and have a proven analytical / problem solving skills to address complex business requirements / issues * Familiarity with Supply Chain business models. Industry experience in Manufacturing Planning, Execution and /or Quality Management roles is a plus * Ability to plan and estimate timelines for specific tasks assigned * *MUST have Aerospace and Defense industry* * *MUST be fluent in French* * *MUST be onsite weekly ? Monday thru Thursday* * *100% travel for non local employees* * *Travel and expenses paid.* * Bachelors degree or equivalent required * Excellent communication skills: verbal, audiovisual (PPT) and written skills. * Strong analytical skills * Team player and self-starter * Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively both internally and externally.
