*Job Description* Position Title: Auto Body Refinish Technician The Refinish Technician will lead the refinish department in ensuring that vehicles are refinished as quick as possible to OEM fit. Job Description: * Deliver all repair assignments according to the methods and objectives of the job including but not limited to Tesla standards * Know how to use hand tools such as air sanders, air ratchet, spray guns, sanding blocks, etc., * Review every vehicle as it enters the shop * Inform a team member of any hidden or missed damage that doesn?t appear on the Repair Order * Accountability for all parts for any jobs that are assigned * Be organized and keep your area clean * Color match all vehicles and ensure there is a matching process and spray out card made * Buff when necessary * Ensure that all spray operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint-related disassembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the metal shop or detail shop for final assembly and get-ready. * Overtime may be required to meet deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $16.24-$34.48 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: * Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * auto body repair: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Red Seal license (preferred) Work Location: One location- LocationHamilton, ON
