We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.?Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.?What you will do:Implement the standard cost schedule engineering processes and instruments?across turnaround?events.Provide quality assurance oversight of the standard Nutrien processes and instruments.Mentor?others on how to quickly identify communicate trends, insights, and recommendations in a highly?complex?and?dynamic?turnaround?environment.Connect?diverse?stakeholders in our?organization?to use and improve processes instruments.Be able to lead the cost schedule engineering?support?for a turnaround where?required.Create?advanced decisions?support?models for assessing and mitigating?risk, such as Monte Carlo simulations on cost or schedule.Assist with creating?complex?and?sustainable?systems through design and programming in different?environments.Facilitate?continuous improvement of the cost schedule engineering standards and instruments using your?creativity?and a critical thinker approach.Coordinate instruments?and practices with our?Project Management?Office to ensure alignment.Facilitate the collection and interpretation of turnaround measures and metrics to enable continuous improvement.Provide input into our digital roadmap.??What you will bring:10+?years? current experience in a comparable role?supporting?turnarounds and projectsA Bachelor?s in finance, accounting, engineering, business,?or equivalent experienceCertificate or credential (example: PMP, AACE) is an assetExcellent?communication?collaboration?skills that allow you to achieve the best results and deliver the most?valueAn ability to?understand?and mitigate the?influence?of personal bias and?challenge?non-inclusive?attitudes and embedded behavioursSuperior?analytical?and problem-solving skills with exacting?attention to detailAdvanced skills in Microsoft products such as?Power?BI,?Power?Apps, Excel, and ProjectAdvanced SAP (or other CMMS) and Primavera skillsIntermediate or better skills in Python and SQLExperience?building?Monte Carlo Simulation modelsUnderstanding?of the Azure or Amazon Web?Services?environments.?Are you a good match?
