Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered. Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding. Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings. Prepare and install hardwood floors. Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings. Prepare floors for installations. Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants. Installation specialization: Vinyl or resilient tiles. Vinyl or resilient sheets. Parquet flooring. Linoleum. Modular carpet tiles. Carpets/rugs. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
