The customer service manager will be working across all accounts and customers. We need a team-player that can uphold a high standard of excellence throughout the department. The Customer Service Manger will be expected to stand-in for employees in the Customer Service Department that require additional support (by absence or workload). Provide a buffer and point of communication with upper administration. Work with other CSRs and supports sales team as needed. Ensure a stellar customer experience.
We are a fast-growing company that needs an experienced manager who can lead a team to perform at it?s highest standards, create measurable ways to monitor performance and also find the correct KPI metrics for our company. We will build a new program for training and maintaining an overseas CS team and that is also where we will need your expertise of a experienced and qualify manager.
On the retail side, the Customer Service Manager will service customers in the showroom and grow new accounts where there are opportunities. *Responsibilities and Duties*
* Provide immediate supervision over the Customer Service Department
* Resolve escalated incoming issues from all Customer Service related fields
* Create strategies and instruct Customer Service Employees to complete department tasks
* Prioritize and promote company public relations: reviews are very important. we need someone well versed in knowing how to create good reviews, respond to reviews and solve bad reviews
* Knowledge on how to navigate and promote on multiple social media platforms is a great asset
* Provide training and confidence that all Customer Service employees are adequately trained.
* Implement new programs such as the Customer Care program and overseas customer service team designed to give superior customer service to our clients.
* dealing with accounts: receiving and processing.
* Provide additional support to Customer Service employees when asked/ needed
* Answer daily e-mails, take calls and make outbound calls
* Create innovative ways to up-sell our products
* Provide a great customer experience in the showroom
* Look for opportunities of growth in business
* Providing detailed reports of your job to the senior team
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Bi-lingual (French and Mandarin an asset)
* Have managed a team of 6 plus people (experience managing overseas team is a huge asset)
* Have designed training material
* Understands how to monitor and track various aspects of the role (team performance, customers)
* conduct reports for the executive team to analyze
* Professional communication (spoken and e-mail) etiquette
* Able to work in a fast-paced and intense environment
* Highly organized, Quality focus, Problem-solving
* Developing sophisticated market knowledge
* Documentation skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information
* Environmental moral promotion and empathy skills are highly valued
