<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our talented Operations Team. Whether you are a new graduate from an Operations or Supply Chain program or have a few years of experience in a manufacturing environment, this role will allow you to be involved in many different aspects of operations, challenge yourself and develop the skills to advance in your career - while working with an innovative and award winning product in a supportive environment. </p><p>Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to the rest of the Supply Chain Team to effectively meet order fulfillment. Successful candidates must be able to adapt to changing business needs, conditions and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities, includes but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage timely transaction flow in NetSuite. This includes Work Order completions, inventory adjustments, and item fulfillment transactions.</li><li>Monitor the status of work orders to ensure orders will meet schedule timelines. Identify schedule risks and provide assistance to expedite materials </li><li>Update NetSuite to reflect status of manufacturing work order.</li><li>Support inventory verification of cycle and physical counts. Investigate and escalate discrepancies for root cause and corrective actions.</li><li><span class="long-word">Production/Fulfilment</span> support as needed.</li><li>Provide administrative resource to the Supply Chain team in the generation and expedition of purchase orders, generation and communication of shipping documents, maintenance of supplier price lists and approved supplier records.</li><li>Support the Supply Chain team in the production of standard reporting, including KPI capture and analysis.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in business, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Materials Management, Logistics, or equivalent.</li><li>1 to 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role in production, materials planning or order scheduling, preferably in the electronics industry</li><li>Possess strong computer skills (MS Office applications) and proficient with CRM/ERP software, preferably hands-on experience with NetSuite</li><li>Possesses strong attention to details required to be successful in this role</li><li>Flexible and adaptive to changing business needs, conditions and responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Experience working in fast pace, dynamic environment, with limited supervision</li><li>A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment</li><li>SCMP/APICS certificate or is currently enrolled in a similar program would be an asset.</li><li>Ability to do local travel to contract manufacturers</li></ul></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Cooledge is leading a new revolution in lighting.
