Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Develop work schedules and establish procedures. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Experience: Experience an asset.
