Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Tasks: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Initiative. Organized. Reliability.
