Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Odours. Tasks: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Prepare production and other reports. Set up machines and equipment. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervision: Labourers in rubber and plastic products manufacturing. Plastics processing machine operators. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Judgement. Organized. Team player.
