*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on styles and products.
* Upsell retail products that complement the services provided to enhance client satisfaction.
* Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and processing payments.
* Foster a positive atmosphere through effective communication and excellent customer service skills.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques and trends.
* Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the workplace.
