*Position Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
* Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
* Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations
* Handle scheduling and appointment setting for customer consultations
* Assist with inventory management and order processing
* Support the team with various clerical duties as needed
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability, including weekend
