Tasks: Cultivate on vertical farming system. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 5-10 people. Type of crops: Grapes. Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Sprayer or duster. Tractor. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
