Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 11-15 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication.
