Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Send invoices. Record and relay information. Receive payments from customers. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Maintain work records and logs. Issue receipts and other forms. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask.
