Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development. Cut agricultural crops. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Implement soil fertility programs. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Type of crops: Apples. Cherries. Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Harvesters.
