Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Noisy. Outdoors. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Inspect structural and mechanical systems of aircraft and ensure that these systems meet Transport Canada and company standards of performance and safety. Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems. Maintain detailed repair, inspection and certification records and reports. Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble. Perform and document routine maintenance. Interpret blueprints/specifications/standards and written technical instructions. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AME «M» Licence - Aircraft. Aircraft experience: Medium turbine helicopter. Small turbine helicopter. Type of industry experience: Commercial air carrier. General aviation. Repair and overhaul facility. Mechanical maintenance and repair specialization: Aircraft maintenance - general. Turbine engines. Security and safety: Bondable. Eligible for professional liability insurance.
