¿¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿The Head of Technical Services provides senior technical leadership and delegated managerial oversight for the planning, design, and delivery of audiovisual and integrated technical services supporting Public Services and Procurement Canada's (PSPC) Event and Conference Management (ECM) program.The position serves as ECM's technical subject matter expert, leading technical teams and advising management and clients on the delivery of high-profile, technically complex conferences and events across the National Capital Region and Canada.¿¿¿¿ ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ Plans, designs, and delivers end-to-end audiovisual and technical solutions for high-profile conferences and events, ensuring alignment with Government of Canada standards, accessibility requirements, and client expectations.¿ Manages a technical workforce of approximately thirty employees through subordinate supervisors, including performance management, staffing, training- Location Ottawa, ON
