<p>Hello, <br> <br>My name is Simon Mathé, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in recruiting talent within the manufacturing sector. <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for a well-established food production company seeking a Production Manager to support its operations and actively contribute to its industrial performance</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>Your Role: Reporting to the Production Director, you will play a key role in coordinating operations and optimizing production performance. <br> <br>Main responsibilities: <br>-Develop team capabilities, mentor supervisors, and support the enforcement of disciplinary policies. <br>-Coordinate daily production activities and ensure operational objectives and KPIs are achieved. <br>-Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement necessary corrective actions. <br>-Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards. <br>-Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes, equipment, and resources. <br>-Supervise coordinators and supervisors, plan workforce requirements, and ensure efficient management of production lines. <br>-Work closely with the maintenance team on preventive and corrective interventions. <br>-Foster a positive and motivating work environment and provide leadership when needed. <br>-Contribute to operational projects and support management in organizational decision-making.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Requirements: <br>-Strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee up to 10 supervisors and a workforce of approximately 200 employees. <br>-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry. <br>-Excellent knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards, as well as occupational health and safety practices. <br>-Strong understanding of budget management, inventory control, and procurement. <br>-Comfortable working with technology and ERP systems. <br>-Experience in the meat processing industry is considered an asset. <br>-Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is considered an asset. <br> <br>Key Competencies: <br>-Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. <br>-Motivational leadership and strong teamwork skills. <br>-Organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. <br>-Excellent communication skills and professionalism.</p> <br><br>- Location Les Cèdres, QC
