*Licensed Electrician ? Join the Net Zero Electric Team* *Net Zero Electric* is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, motivated *Licensed Electrician* to join our team. Our work spans residential, commercial, and renewable energy projects throughout the region, including *solar PV systems, battery energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, electrical renovations, service upgrades, and troubleshooting/service calls*. No two days are the same. *What We're Looking For* * Licensed Electrician 309A * *Above-average* troubleshooting and understanding of electrical theory * *Solar PV experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate* * Experience with residential and commercial electrical systems * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field * Self-motivated and capable of managing workloads efficiently * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to lead and mentor apprentices * Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons * Comfortable and capable of *working* safely *on* flat and *pitched rooftops* * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Willing to travel for occasional out-of-town projects and infrequent overnight stays *What You'll Be Doing* * Installing and servicing solar PV systems, battery storage and energy management systems * Performing electrical renovations and service upgrades * Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues * Leading small crews and projects and ensuring high-quality workmanship * Supervising and mentoring apprentices * Interacting professionally with customers and project stakeholders *The Ideal Candidate* You are a self-starter who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys solving problems.
