Check out Edmonton Heart To Home Meals on Facebook and Youtube, Trust Pilot Duties Include:· Handling inbound calls relating to service inquiries, brochure requests and orders· Making outbound calls to customers who are missing orders, or to follow up on brochure requests· Calling anywhere between 80-100 calls a day Assisting the Office Supervisor in the day to day running of the franchise· Mailing of letters, brochures, and promotional offers to customers and prospects· Routing of driver?s for deliveries and supporting supervisor on logistics related Data administration, including sales report, inventory report, customers report, calls report· Logistics Related Routines· Banking routines and cash administration· Inventory Routines· Purchase Order Routines· Van Maintenance Essential Skills/ Experience· Articulate, upbeat and engaging telephone manner· Confident and comfortable speaking with seniors for several hours per day· Strong attention to detail· Strong empathy & dependability· Able to work independently and efficiently· Driving license· Ability to multi task· Computer literate This is a ground floor opportunity with a company that is growing quickly!
