*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately received, picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, high attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. *Duties* * Pick and package customer orders accurately and effectively * Plan, organize and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of items * Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks for loading and unloading materials safely. (training and certification provided) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard areas to promote safety and efficiency. * Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures * Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required. * Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a warehouse environment * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various warehouse equipment effectively. * Ability to lift over 50lbs * Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse distribution practices is a plus. * Previous experience in shipping & receiving * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads as needed. * Proven time management skills * Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada Join us in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse operations!
