How to Create an Employer File

Title page: This video explains how to register a new employer on Job Bank in 4 easy steps.

Page 1: Once your user account has been completed, click on "Register a new employer"

Page 2: Step 1. Enter your user relationship to the employer by choosing from the drop-down menu.

Page 3: Step 2. Enter your 15-digit Payroll Account Number from Canada Revenue Agency.

Page 4: Step 3. Enter the business information as it appears on documents from the Canada Revenue agency.

Page 5: Step 4. Enter the primary business address and the business mailing address.

Page 6: You have successfully completed the registration of a new employer file. You will receive an email with more information in 5 business days or less.
