What is a Business Profile and why should I create one?
With a business profile, employers can promote their business to job seekers by providing an overview of the accommodations, amenities, green initiatives and learning opportunities available in their workplace.
Creating a business profile and displaying it on your job postings can raise the interest of potential applicants in working for you. With an active business profile, you can highlight certain aspects of your business that would not be otherwise visible on your job posting.
You can create and activate your business profile in your employer file. Open the "Business profile" tab to activate it and to select the options you want to add on your profile.
Once it is activated, your business profile will become visible to all job seekers on Job Bank. They will be able to access it through your job postings.
