How do I change my security questions?
To change your security questions: Log in to your account. Click on your name at the top right corner of your Dashboard. Select "My user account" from the list. Click on "Security questions" tab. Select new questions and write new answers. Click on "Save".
I received an email stating that my user account has been deactivated. What can I do?
Your user account might have been deactivated due to inactivity if it has been more than six months since your last login.   The status is easily reversible. To change your password, follow this steps: Log in to your account. Click on your name at the top right corner of your Dashboard. Select "My user account" from the list. Make sure you are under ‘’Account details’’ tab. Enter your new password twice under ‘’ Change password’’ and ‘’Confirm password’’. Click on "Save".
