Job details
Duties may include the following activities:• Litigation processing and Court Services for judiciary and litigants.• Information and liaison services for judiciary, staff, lawyers, litigants and the general public.• Procedural advice and assistance to the general public and internal and external clients litigants, lawyers, Federal Boards, Tribunal, interveners, witnesses) staff, media on the filing of legal and originating documents submitted to the Courts and prepared by the Courts.• Compliance services, guidance, support and advice on procedural requirements to general public, clients lawyers, litigants and other registry staff.• Coordinates activities within the court environment prior to the arrival of the judge or prothonotary; records minutes of hearings; and serves as Court Registrar/Court Technician at sittings of the Courts.
