Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Visually inspect products for quality. Cut glass along marked outlines or around pattern using hand tools. Examine and mark defective glass to obtain the best cut. Place pattern on or under glass for cutting. Place sheet of glass on padded table or in jig and measure and mark glass. Smooth rough edges using belt sander or smoothing wheels. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationConcord, ON
