Job details
Duties may include, but are not limited to:- Greeting and directing visitors and clients to the in-person reception area;- Fielding telephone, email and written enquiries, as well as scheduling appointments with the public;- Assisting with conference room set-up and coordinating arrival of guests and meeting attendees;- Issuing proper Visitor identification, as well as retrieval and record-keeping;- Assisting clients and others on the use of websites and with locating help;- Coordinating and controlling the receipt and distribution of incoming documents;- Managing and controlling the distribution of written information resources, including registrations;- Assisting in workload management through the revision, tracking and preparation of all requests;
