Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Supervise staff. Train staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Manage incidents. Robotic process automation.
