Attract the best candidates for your job

To help you with your recruitment, the Job Match feature will match your job posting with job seeker profiles. This gives you easy access to potential candidates suited to the position you are advertising for. When you find a job seeker profile that best fits the position, you can invite them to apply through the system.

Access Job Match through your user account

To access Job Match, you must first register with Job Bank. You will be required to provide some personal information such as your Social Insurance Number (SIN), mother's maiden name and date of birth.
