Perform general office duties. Classify, label and store diskettes/ disks and tapes of data. Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Spreadsheet. MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Internet. MS Windows. Area of specialization: Invoices. Reports and records. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Sitting.
