Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 3-4 people. Security guards. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youths.
