Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget.
